My opinion: This is Micheal Afton, attempting to bring comfort to the souls, starting with two (Bonnie and Freddy), Freddy's solo possibly being CC (Mom and Dad lied when they told you I was lifeless could mean "You thought I was dead? Nah.") and Bonnie possibly being just...Bonnie. Chica and Foxy aren't in this one. Now Circus Baby could be him reliving SL...I'm just pulling most of this out of my booty, though.
