try making noodle martabak. you boil the noodles, and strain them but do not put the seasoning yet. add them to a bowl, and crack 2/3 eggs and the seasoning mixtures. you can add other toppings if you like. and when everything is mixed thoroughly, flatten it and fry it like a sunny-side up fried egg. add toppings and enjoy!
Try buldak noodles mixed with jhapaghetti idk if i spelt it right japenghetti japanghetti sorry if I spelt it wrong it’s the black original fire noodle mixed with the green packaged black bean noodles sorry I don’t know much abt these ramen names 😅 OH I REMEMBER THE NAME chappaghetti something im close lol
When I saw the thumbnail I almost thought you coated the meat in matcha but I remembered that it's a ramen challenge. The creativity is amazing, I couldn't imagine how good this might've tasted!
Your compound butter will always be a good trick to add or wake up any additional flavor to your meals! You’re becoming a bit of a professional lol! Happy Holidays to you & your family!
Honestly I find myself watching your videos it doesn't even matteer what you talk about or what you're cooking because i just love your narration and how you speak about things. I find it so soothing and generally satisfying.
Hey, I have been watching your videos for a while and let me tell you one thing. Your voice is blessing to my ears. It's very soothing. Keep going. You are doing great ❤️
What is your nephews favorite fruit? Those look really similar to a fruit I had in India called Sapotas and it would be pretty cool if I could find them at an Asian market here!
Where in india is there a asian Market? Like there isn't a asian restaurant within 300km within my distance (and maybe even more i haven't checked) that sells actual asian food, except for overexpensive sushi and maybe some Chinese dumplings that taste like a veg momo but in a tougher shell. You probably live in a big metropolitan area it seems like.
I'm waiting for the day someone brings this to Gordon's attention, and ultimately there is a pinned "But where's the lamb sauce, Lisa?" comment from the man himself. This will have to do in the meantime. 🐑
hey em oi as a beginner home cook to be successful its pretty important to do one thing at a time before your start multitasking while cooking - it'll help you be more successful!

Hey lisa ..I have an idea for ramen day challenge . Can you please . Stirl fry some peas ,cabbage or any leafy vegetable, carrot with soy sauce, salt ,and pepper ..and use that as a topping on your noodles .. it will taste amazing..
Hi Lisa! Your videos inspired me to be more experimental on instant ramen and reignited my passion for cooking after many years. I would also like to suggest that you try one of the ramen recipes of KPOP idols/Hollywood celebrities made by Buzzfeed Video (Which Celebrity Makes The Best Ramen?)
Hey Lisa, love this one! Maybe for the next video you can try making Maggi bhel? Bhel is an Indian Street food (beach snack) of puffed rice, onions, coriander leaves and lemon juice with "namkeen"(sorry idk what it's called in English!) In this you basically replace the puffed rice with crushed Maggi noodles. It's super easy and fun to make! Hope you try it😊
Lisa, do Nong shim spicy noodles but add the spicy sauce from that restaurant. The one u are only supposed to use a drop of when cooking and is used as deterrent
I am your new subscribers I love your video I watch your videos all day when I saw your video I got hungry I really want to meet you please came to India one day
2:23 BTW Lisa, don't let your butter get brown! Even if the compound butter is naturally brown, I think butter has a high smoking point, and if it browns, that means it's bad for you and you should not cook with it. It's the same with olive oil, too don't let it get over 330 degrees ferenheit, because of course, its bad for you. Just a lesson, people! Correct me if I'm wrong, this is just what I remember
4:02 I've been there! 8 years ago I ended up driving to Kansas City and visited that exact corner. It was really sad and dead back. The City Market looks renovated now. The Chinese market was dead then. I was on a business trip to St Joseph and drove I to Kansas City to check it out that night. Such memories...
Thanks to everyone who joined the Premiere! What should I do for Day 21?
You should make ramen mac and cheese
