As a sixers fan, I'm happy seeing Jrue Holiday finally shine with the Bucks. He was a baller for the early 2010's sixers and even helped them reach round 2 10 years ago. He was the first piece dealt in the "process" but I always knew he'd shine somewhere.

Giannis is just building on his legend status...he's certified unbelievable. And if Boston doesn't win this series they've won my outright admiration. The Celtics have been my favorite TEAM to watch in these playoffs and I'm a Knicks fan. They are straight balling and I love they way they work as a complete squad.
I'm just worried that if they don't survive this series, he will not be improving any more for a while because of the wasted chance of another experience.

Today you could really see the difference between Smart and Holiday, Smart was flopping and falling to the floor every posession to bait the whistle, while Jrue made two of the clutchest defensive plays I've ever seen and hit a huge three to tie it late. The real DPOY.
His strip is clean.
Smart really lost the ball twice in the last few seconds and he also turned it over before the Holiday 3.

My thoughts exactly! These awards are pretty bogus, one on one, Jrue would beat smart not only on offense but even defense. Jrue is a beast on defense and you just saw it! The bucks had to do at least 8 of 10 things in the final 3 minutes and they did 8! They missed on two possessions. The Giannis missed free throw turned into a Portis put back, we just gave the boston crowd a taste of their own medicine for Monday night.

When Horford gets that put back slam to put the Celtics up by six, honestly, who thought the Bucks had any shot at all to come back? Down 14 with ten minutes to play in the fourth in Boston, this was a monumental collapse by Boston, and a monster comeback by the Bucks! They stole this one!!!! What a great game!!!!

Best series hands down
Kevin Wildes described the bucks as the calm guy at a bar fight. Everyone is screaming and posturing, and then a guy walks up to you with a soft voice and says "hey man, you wanna take this outside?" that's the guy you don't want to mess with.
And the bucks were tonight. At 0:34, at Boston, with that atmosphere and a 6 point lead, that shoulda been a KO. Shoulda been over.
If you can't KO a team in that situation, they really are that calm guy at a bar fight, the guy you don't want to mess with.

This reminds me of how the games used to be played in late 80's to early 90's. Basketball right there.
Seems like the playoff series does not start until game 5 anymore (after 2 home game wins by each team [because the NBA needs those ticket sales]), but game 5, 6 and 7 are old school.
@stryfetc1 It's just a different game now. Seeing too many 20 fouls difference between home and visiting teams. Home teams always get the calls, but it's just out of hand now. "Michael Jordon no layup rule" and the "Hack-a-Shaq" plus add in all the ever increasing big money for star players and the game had to "evolve" into what is is now..
Crazy, I stopped watching with a minute left and the Celtics up 3 with possession in their own building. The Bucks made so many clutch plays during this sequence, and never lost their head or doubted themselves.
What a game, the stones on Bobby Portis and Jrue Holiday were astonishing, Giannis with blood dripping down his face as well. Love this Bucks team, hope they play the Suns again in the finals!

Kd is the man, u win some u lose some. Kd had the nets in second seed when he went out Injured & had to come back & do the best he can with the team at the bottom in eight seed. If kd had not got injured they would not have fallen all the way down to play in the tournament. People need to realize basketball is a team game not a one or two man team. Kd & kyrie is the star players & did what they could when u don't have a strong bench or role players to help contribute, basketball is a team game not a onean game when u win games it's about team effort the nets do have alot if good role players. The nets lost to Boston but, they didn't get other players to step up to help out with that being said, kd going to GSW is in the pass people still dweing on something that is over, it wasn't guarantee the warriors was going to get those two championships once kd got there they won & almost on the way to winning three with him until he re- injured his Achilles again. Warriors lost in the playoffs to Cleveland & draymond went after calling kd to come join them after the lost to Cleveland if draymond felt like they didn't need kd, he sure called him up & the warriors got kd. People still hating on kd with that move when he can go wherever he wants know matter what anyone thinks, people make criticism about his move but, at the same time behind the scenes & I not a basketball player how can anyone say they wouldn't have did what kd did by going to the warriors, know one knows what choices I going to make in life unless u in that person position. Know one knows what goes on with these players in the locker room & on personal level with things that can be going on behind the scen5 with players for them to make choices that they do, so for people to keep bringing up about kd going to the warriors, can u say for sure if u would have made the same decision he made, I don't think so because if u not a walking the path of a professional basketball player & not knowing why they make some decisions they make ,u can't speak on it. Kd is a brilliant & talented skill player, one of the best players if nor the best in the league for now. Know one knows why kd went to the warriors but kd , it was his choice & he can do what he wants know matter who didn't like it. When it comes to defense, Jrue always deliver. Those two defensive plays-ironically against the DPOY-were clutch af. But by man Bobby is always hustling every rebound like it’s game 7 of the Finals. He’s the heart of this team.

People underestimate how well rounded the Bucks team is - if Middleton returns they will be serious repeat title contenders but can possibly make it without him

It's what I love about this team is most of the roster has played at least 4 or more in most cases other then Jrue but he fir in so perfectly when you factor in we win the title the year we and he's worked out this year as well.

Started with the 3 by Giannis all bloodied up. Then the follow 3 by Holiday. After Giannis missed 1 free throw, Portis got a key rebound to put the Bucks up by 1. Holiday with the HUGE block on Smart then followed by bouncing the ball on Smart causing an out of bounds. 2 key free throws by Canaughton to get up by 3. Then another DEFENSIVE play by Holiday with a steal on yet again, Smart. The Bucks are a very hungry team ready to dominate.
Smart was not.smart.this time...
That 3 was only possible because the Celtics couldn't grab a defensive rebound SMH.

Giannis is good & I like him, as of now i don't think the best player in the world just yet, he is not far from it but, he has to get better shooting with jump shots, free throws & making three's. Giannis did get two three's, his game has to improve on other issues that he lack with his game, once he improve with a all around game he will be the next best player in the NBA, he is on his way to becoming that. Giannis is a strong dominant player to the basket, u can't stop him but, once u slow him down to the basket he can't get shots on a consistent basis because, his shooting is not there, his game is inside. I give Giannis his credit as a dominant player but, once he improve in other areas of his game he will definitely be a problem for the whole NBA, & he is on his way to becoming the best player in the league, he is a great dominant player.
