is it just like typing in word or notepad where we can bold and underline our headings
or is it just normal typing like in IBPS exam where only normal typing is available

Every selected candidate who was preparing for rbi solely (not upsc background) prepared through online classes or self study.
So there you go there's the answer but if you have the bucks and time to spend you can surely check for offline classes.

no one is stopping you, take course and start studying half an hour every day.
