This made me cry. I love jvnko’s music because it’s cathartic to feel someone acknowledge that they feel hopeless without having to dress it up. It takes the edge off the sadness. But this remix… it sounds like healing. The harsh parts of healing. It feels earnest, not dressed up in fake happiness. “Deal with the world today”, I will. It’s hard but I will.

@@edwardtheturtle1082 So some of the comments made by people smarter than me suggest Astro was not a fan of the view Sewerslvt had at the world when this was uploaded. I don't know enough about Sewerslvt to judge their worldview or whatever, but it kinda feels like Sewerslvt's music is more depressive and sort of doomy, which may be what Astro disliked. Deal with the world today is a quote that isn't something you would hear in a song made by Sewerslvt.

The cvnt has left and is far from you, but you're still here, wherever it is, watching, suffering from what you've lived, and still tormented from what has happened, while feeling this strange nostalgy and melancholy that struck you as you grew older yet still have to grow.

Sewerslvt in general just really works with how overwhelming the current digital age and media can be.
