Love, love, love these easy microwave recipes!!! More please!! I make this mug cake all the time.
3 tablespoons of any flavor cake mix
1/2 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of plain applesauce
Mix in mug and microwave for 1min
Top with whatever icing you like. We love this simple recipe!!😊

I always make scrambled eggs in the microwave, it's so easy and takes less time. My best tip is to use a glass container, I use my glass pyrex measuring jug. I mix it all in the jug and into the microwave. So easy.
