So informative! Can you tell me how long the drop is on the chain? I’m tall so designer cross body bags are never long enough for me but this might be an option… 🤞🏼
You would need to check the description online as different designs have different strap drops

I actually prefer the WOC to the mini rectangular. I like the thin chain (it doesn't twist strangely) and the stiffer structure.
For such similar sizes, that really are different bags.
Totally agree. Love the WOC. It’s so versatile. I have classic black caviar with silver hardware. I def will add more as it is one of the only styles (with ‘reasonable’ price point) that Chanel still do in caviar.

I saw one video where a girl did I think 6 looks with the WOC- crossbody, clutch, long shoulder, double strap shoulder, triple for a top handle & looped with one chain hanging below and one for hand held or crook of arm. Super versatile!

Hi Meredith, the base shaper from Handbag Angel, does it go all the way up to the side wallet? I see from your video it does not but am not too sure. I had bought my WOC recently and am hoping to get a base shaper for it. Appreciate your reply. Thanks
It doesn’t go all the way to the top of the sides, but that allows you to close it without causing stress to the clasp

Firstly, love all of your videos Meredith. You're so knowledgeable and I love your casual style. I'm on the hunt for a C19 WOC in light beige. I can't believe the cost on the resale market and especially importing from overseas. Shopping in Australian dollars definitely isn't fun! I'm thinking I will get better value buying a new season WOC instore 🤔

❤❤ Your WOC video just made my day! I agree with their versatility, the shape and size is so classic and it can dress up any outfit from jeans to an evening gown. I didn’t realize how many different colors and styles there were. I have two right now from the pre-loved market, and I think I’ll continue with EUC WOC’s until such time as I can splurge on a brand new one at Chanel😊… A couple of my relatives and friends have said it’s silly, they all look alike, etc. but you have beyond a doubt proven that isn’t true. I really want a beautiful lambkin black WOC along with a caramel colored one in lamb and caviar.

Yes the WOC!!! I have the classic black WOC w the magnetic closure and the Chanel 19 WOC, love them but the classic WoC is my most used, is cavair and it has traveled w me and my 2 year old(they are destructive lol) and have not had one scratch and all my essentials fit. Great video!! I have two (classic and 19) and can’t wait to get more! I’m eyeing that new one you got. So gorgeous!! How do you store your WOCs? Stand them up or lay them flat? Do you store them with their base shapers? And for the 19 and the top strap, do you just let it hang?
I have them standing with their base shapers in. All straps are stored inside the bag.

Love your assessment of WOC's. I've always wanted one but you influenced me to buy one! I use it much more than my medium classic flap. I commute to the city and it's perfect to stick in a tote and take to dinner or cocktails. It dresses up an outfit but it's also great for day. I opted for black lambskin vs caviar because it looks so beautiful classic Chanel. It's held up well. Black in that size is the only lambskin I would do.

I have the Trendy version in black lambskin. I love that it has the CC turnlock closure. I feel it holds more with the turnlock than the magnetic.

Meredith, I wonder if those base-shapers will eventually leave a mark on the internal leather. Do you recommend removing them when the bag is not being used or just keeping them on even in storage? Thanks!
They mirror the seems of the bag so there is no way they could leave marks.

The thing I like the most is day to night. Because you could wear them as casual with jeans and then for a party. Maybe not like to Buckingham palace but I wouldn't know anyways I don't go to too many fancy affairs... as a new mom I'm seriously considering it
