To each their own! What matters is that I feel good, thus it is healthy and sustainable for me :) I haven't burnt out once, and it has a while. B for balance
Some people need less sleep than others :)

I’m a sophomore and want to play tennis either next semester or junior-senior year. Is tennis hard? And did anyone else go into tennis never playing a game in their life? I wanna try a new sport but also want to do my best to get on varsity so I can get a lettermen. If you know a good amount about highschool tennis plz respond to this comment! I would appreciate it!
If you never played tennis and want to be on the team, then start now and when you’re good enough to just hit the ball in with no real strategy, then you can probably make the JV team (at least at my school the JV team is very easy to get into)
