This is the first time I have seen Oasis not having fun, hahaha. With the dogs I have had through the years, none of them ever liked having a bath. Next dog I get will be a short hair, like a Boston Terrier or Beagle, and I will take the dog to a groomer for regular baths.
Thank you so much for this video! I share a standard poodle with my mom and now the poodle has to come live with me due to mom's allergies. We've been struggling with bathing our girl and now we know why....we've been doing it the hard way! 😆😆😆

For some reason this was very satisfying to watch. Relaxing! I have a standard poodle and a bouvier, so I found this very helpful. I never thought about really scrubbing the area around the mouth with great detail. Thanks for sharing!

I have a Toy Cavoodle....a hybrid breed between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Toy Poodle. These tips will be helpful for me too because they have the same coat.

Do your dogs run around like crazy after a bath? Way back when(70s - ha ha), my parents had 3 poodles. When my mother would wash them, the dogs would go crazy running and jumping in fun this was after the blow dry was done. It was like they were so proud to be clean, or so relieved to be done.
Yes they go nuts and if I let them outside they will roll around in the dirt to get dirty again 😂

I'd love to have a dog one day. (I'm still searching for one that's not going to make me too allergic.) When I do find the right dog, now I'll know how to properly wash them! :D
A poodle is great for some people with allergies. The biggest problem my mom has been having is the pollen is all over her poodle...actually, our poodle as she lives with me on the weekends. My mom has had her for a year now. The pollen thing has become a deal breaker because she is highly allergic so now we have a full time poodle. I'm allergic to dogs and I've had no problems with my poodle.
Also, we have 3 American Hairless Terriers (AHT) and they are amazing little miracle dogs! Many people who thought they could never have a dog are able to have an AHT! They may look a bit funny but they are very sweet, highly expressive, loving dogs. They are a great little "heater" when its cold! You should look them up!
