I use lithium grease. I get it from bike shops and it works well.

Cool video, what lubricant do you recommend?

John is correct - Lithium grease is the best option but simple vaseline will work (just not for as long).

Useful video but i have one problem with the valve that are inside the black part (where you put your hands for pumping). When i pump with one cylinder the air goes out by the hole where you put the plug before. Any solution? Thanks

Hi Pedro - Air is meant to escape to allow the pressure to exhaust from the large chamber. If you are pumping but the pressure does not go up at all then you may need to replace your handle. Please email team@redpaddleco.com to help you find the right part.

Where do I get hold of one of those valves? Both my Titan pumps are acting weird with pressure above 13 psi.

Hi, you find the Non Return Valves on our Spares site: red-spares.com/products/rpc-titan-pump-non-return-valve. I hope that helps. If you need further assistance please feel free to email team@redpaddleco.com .

@@RedPaddleCo Any chance you can put some check valves on Amazon. Shipping from the UK seems pretty high

You missed to re-grease the O-ring before assembly the pump...I am sure most of the grease has been removed by the towel you used.
