Over here in Finland we've just seen the first 3 episodes of this wonderful series, and I was beyond thrilled to find you'd uploaded the rest! This is exactly the type of series I love the most: slow, deep and mysterious stories set in a remote area close to the great forces of nature, characters with real, complex personalities, and a DI with insight, wisdom and kindness (very attractive qualities btw ;)) Many thanks for uploading these! Great to have the Spanish subtitles, too! Fortunately we don't have to wait long for series 3!!

I DO understand that there can often be problems with authority, and you are not always able to duplicate video, perfectly. I realize that all of you do the best you can, and I want to express my gratitude for all your efforts. Thank you, sir.
I love to watch these, but the English subtitles are not as good as I would like. The ones on TV are better and probably more costly to produce. It's jus that some of the words oral words are a little hard to understand. But I am glad that you are putting them on You Tube.

I prefer Hinterland..I find this serial too soap opera'y.

Many Shetlanders are descended from Norse settlers, hence the music has more in common with Norwegian folk music
they are speakinf english ,,dont need subtiltes ..scot
