My sister in laws mother lived to be 103...she was a 4ft10 little German lady. Always happy laughing. Hard worker. She always cooked for her family of husband and 5 kids, letting them eat while she waited to eat after them. She loved working hard on house, washing , cleaning etc. Never watched TV. Slept at least 8 hrs a night. Took hour nap in afternoon. Her secret to long life? SHE DRANK A SMALL GLASS OF Morgan David grape wine with her dinner each night......and a glass of dark German beer at bedtime. She ate very little meat ( mostly ate what happened to be left after the 6 others ate. She never had a surgery until 99 years old for a blocked colon. She was in excellent health but outlived 4 of her 5 children by age 102. When my sister in law who watched over her needs died of Parkinsons. Other children had died of heart attach, cancer. , stroke,....she grieved and lost her strong will. She passed at 103...still happy and mind like a trip hammer. Remembered every thing. Old neighbors addresses phone numbers, birthdays etc. Sure miss Annie....she was greatest little lady I ever knew. Her secret....stay happy and grape wine , German dark beer. Now Health professionals tell of those benefits! ⚘🙏⚘

Please help and research about Lola Francisca Susano who is currently 124 year-old living here in the Philipphines. Saddening he died in nov 22. we were waiting it for a long time. I hope her family can really prove that she was already 124 year-old. Her daughter the eldest (4th alive) child ages 101 year old, her first granddaughter ages 65 year old and her 500 grandchildren. If this is true, then your relative would be the oldest person ever by three years. If you have any documentation, you should submit it to Guinness World Records and the Gerontology Research Group.
Why would anyone want want to live so long. Living long would only be nice if there was of preserving youth. Life just looks painful for these old people
Dang, I’m supposed to live to my late 60’s That’s because I have a family history of diabetes and cancer I could also have some trouble later in life as I could exceed 6”4-6”11 if I keep growing like I am for the next 6-9 years. Because I have recently crossed the one decade line and I am growing at a rate of 1/2 inches a month
When you think of Guinness you just think about geeks that keep records this was a very informative video. It actually reminded me of what Tony Bennett is going through. He has Alzheimer's at 95 but if you watch the 60 minutes video you will soon find out that music wakes his brain up and he is perfectly fine for those minutes and or hours that he is performing
