In the Revelation, Babylon was Jerusalem. The Book of Revelation itself tells us clearly. Thus, the climax of the book is the fall of Jerusalem that historically occurred in AD70, bringing an end to the old covenant world or age.

No more election in the USA Trump was the 6th head at that time he was the "one is" and now Biden the 7th the raiser of taxes and is in a short time not a full term of power and Obama the 5th and of the seven and will be the 8th he is the man of sin he will not be voted in but use what happens to Biden to get back into power healing his two term deadly wound to the position of power as head/leader of the USA beast and that is the opening of the 5th seal persecution/tribulation for 3 and 1/2 years and he will be in agreement with that small people that is the little horn the ones of flesh and blood the older brother that is the whore that is Babylon spiritually and as God has said why they are in the bible. Exodus 39:29 “And a girdle of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, of needlework; as the LORD commanded Moses.” Jeremiah 3:8 “And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.” The whore that is Babylon the little horn them small people that say they are the light of the world and reject the Son so do not have the Father are that evil thing on the back of the USA beast kingdom they are the older brother as was shown time and again in shadows and types they will do as Cain did to Abel to the believers in the 5th seal time when Obama is in power they will be in agreement to do this evil and God will use there evil to refine the believers like silver and gold since the saint are given into the hands of the man of sin for a time but this is to save all that are truly of God and to sort the goats from the sheep many will be offended and turn from Jesus and turn on the believers and many will stand and suffer for the name of Jesus and this is foolishness to the world but to God it is not. What the Holy Spirit said will be will be. All no mater where we came from in flesh and blood must come to Jesus and be born again this is the only way anyone will find life we do not hate other even if they hate us it is not for the body to hate but God will have his vengeance and the body must act like Christ and show the same love we where shown so maybe others will be saved because the 6th day is coming to an end the working will be over and the day of rest is coming but 1st the time of sorrows must be endured.

As far as I understand it, some lists do not count Julius Caesar as a proper Emperor (Caesar was a dictator).
