A small suggestions, after every Explained session can we please have some MCQ's on the topic, it will really brush up things, thank you
Issues
1) sealed cover to sealing information
2)how the court will act as the court of record.
3)justice is not a private affair
4)justice should not only be done but seen to be done
5)misuse of the exception by court and by those in power
Example sexual harassment allegations against a former cji
6)fear of social exclusion and censoring on culprits will get out of the picture.
