I complete agree with the radius nerf on the arrows. They are so no-skill because it's impossible to miss. I have never been a fan of spells with huge radius: not a fan of old rage and not a fan of arrows.
Bruh straps are for when your grip strength is giving out but your other muscles still have gas in the tank especially good for pull downs. It’s not good to use all the time but once YOU start moving heavy weight you’ll find your grip strength is the first to go and the straps help to make sure you can still keep pushing
Hi Ian, protein powders have been pretty heavily studied, its a great additional supplement if you aren’t reaching nutritional goals from other protein sources throughout the day 😎
