very good video, my only criticism would be that you lower the graphics of the games to a minimum, thus forcing the processor to work harder to squeeze more out of the video card and better know which systems are better in games.
Thats true because on gpu bounded scenarios all OS perform practically the same but on CPU bounded by having less process on the background there should be a significant difference
for good mid range pc like 3060Ti and Ryzen 5 5600x using a very debloated custom windows does not really make a difference for latency yeah but not significantly and u also lose features just use custom iso like Ghost Spectere, it really works well and you don't have to worry about "oh fuck i forgot to download my drivers" just use tools also like MSI Utility thing etc and you're good to go you can do it on normal windows tho but having like around 20-30GB of free space because the windows is reduced is really nice
Honestly as you said at the end of the video the fps gains are marginally better and i dont recommend it either because you are vunerable, it only makes sense if you got a potato pc. You better off running stock w10 with some lite optimizations like, W10 debloater and some input lagg guides on YT. It is better to save up and buy a bettter PC.
