The only thing i don't like about my G1, is that there is no way knowing how much charge you have in your case. That's pretty sad, if only they would invent some kinda flashing lights, that would be showing the charge state.
Regarding it disconnecting when submerged, its likely an issue of sending a signal through water which is dense, some remote control stuff has the same issue under water
So what's your verdict? G1 Pro would be good for anyone who likes smaller/slimmer ear buds. G1 is slightly bigger than G1 Pro but it serves right for your needs. I may like G1 Pro because it's slimmer. However, the sensitivity of it when wet is high that it causes to misclick. Received my G1 Pro today. What a disappointment. They are really worse than G1. True was said that G1 are louder, have more immersive sound, more ear preassure, better holds in the ear. I have tested both with HiFi playlist on Spotify for more than several hours. Sad. What I can add that new touch controls also is a disadvantage. Each tap has a delay....and if I press once - sometimes I can't distinguish have I missed or is it just a delay. So if after that I tap again and suddenly I get - "two taps" combination that calls Google assistant !!!! wtf... Also long tap is annoying - sometimes you can't understand will it took place or not untill. So at least click could help to distinguish, but there no any click inplemented. Also if I try to fit earbuds better with my thingers, I accidentaly make a tap in 99% cases. . Well... if the policy allows I will try to return them to Havit.

Havit must like taking baby steps and calling it an upgrade ( a la apple style) 1. Still no USB c 2. no ipx7 3. no wireless charging 4. no foam tips But hey, it's an upgrade! Just hand over your stupid $$$
But why? They are like $50 I really don't think it matters, because all you have to do is just check if the wire is the the right way up. I personally don't think it's that hard.
