Hey. I'm from St.Vincent and the Grenadines. I absolutely love your work. I really wanna to make this short but I'm limited to a 3.0 and a 5.0 mm hook, would I have alter the stitches if I use either of them?
Heeeey 😊 actually you can use either of those hooks depending on your yarn. The trick to getting your perfect size is using a tape measure and your actual measurements. But if you use 5mm hook you will end up doing less rows coz it works up fast. But the number of rows doesn't matter as long as you are hitting the gauge I directs in the video. I would suggest you try the two hooks on to make swatches and see which one makes awesome stitch

Hello sorry just seen this. I double yarn using two strands of the same yarn ball. Pull a strand from the inside ball and the outer strand. And yes you can use light weight yarn it's even better. As long as you have understood the concept on how to crochet it, use any other yarn you desire

Hello round fly is from your waist going down the crotch and then up to your waist through the back. This tutorial is for all sizes and it's measurements based. For any size you will make it this same way just that you use their measurements as explained. Hope this helps

It's to create the "ribbed" effect. When you start your stitch instead of going through the whole chain, take look at it then go through the one side of the chain that is further from you there's only 2 so that's the "back" one. When you'll turn your work, again you take only the back part of the chain. And so on and on.
