Nederlandse Leverpatiënten Vereniging - Het Vervolgtraject

The third video in a series of five, in which we follow several families that have something in common. One of their children is suffering/recovering/dealing with a liver disease.
In this video we see how one of the chosen families, their child had a liver transplant, are dealing with the aftercare and steps needed so their child can have a ''normal'' day-to-day life.
This project was made possible through a collaboration with SJB Media and Nederlandse Leverpatiënten Vereniging. This is supposed to raise awareness of liver diseases in young children and how it impacts their lives, but also the lives around them that are caring for them.
