Each region has a regional hospital and the aim is to equip them to a standard of being capable of having a surgery... The western regional hospital is being renovated to this standard..

If you call ridge hospital Ghana's magnificent, then wait till you see the UGMC
wow bringing back personal memories. i assisted with the first UK one for a Parkinson's retired nurse in UK the national hospital for neurology and neurosurgery. it took 6 hours and we had a group of neurosurgeons on a screen from USA supervising. they had already started doing it. i held the patients hand whilst she remained conscious . Nigeria has the potential and expertise over and over but they are all abroad due to circumstances in Naija they prefer to stay away. By the way that was Melania Trump

The military hospital in kumasi is about 98 %complete and it is one of the best in country. Virtually all the districts are getting standard hospitals in the country.

This Hospital was all white hospital during the colonial era,it was built for the white community.

It was pulled down now with new structure.
It was built for exports then.

Ghana is not doing the best as an african country but it's doing well.
For Ghana to be named of having the best medical system in West africa, having
KORLEBU TEACHING HOSPITAL also as one of the best in West.
And also having people from neighbouring countries come to hospiyals to see specialist for their treatment means we are doing something. Visit our hospitals and see, Sierra Leonians, Liberians, Nigerias, Ivorians come to see doctor, not those who reside in Ghana but in their country and they want to see specialist.
So you know all this 🤔 well done, Motherland Ghana 🇬🇭 👏
