If i am not mistaken the song "Itna tho yaad hai mujhe ke unse mulakath hui" by Rafi saheb and Lata is in this raag.which begins with Sa" ni dha pa ma pa ma ga.....ga ga ma papa dha etc

Sir , vaise to Raag Tilang main Dha bilkul hi Varjit hai , but light music main it is allowed to do some changes in any Raag , which is called Abirbhav and Tirobhav in our Indian Classical Music .
