The nhs isn't broken its working exactly as they want. If you call a dentist nowadays and try to get on the nhs they'll tell you it's a 2-4 year wait list but they will offer you a private appointment for the same day. Why are they offering private appointments and not trying to get through this wait list? It's turning into a cash only business and it's intentional.

@@Mikel_twateta Because some people can't afford to wait for the NHS to be fixed. For some people, having a private appointment could be the difference between life and death.
