Additional Info: IIRC. It was Rion from Niji who suggested making a Gyaru Cafe. But, since Gyarusan is the one who has the experience of running something like that, he's the one who registered/made it.

I think is all the same: gal/garu but with the "cutesy" accent becomes gyaru/gyau.
