What are the fees? I was told by someone who toured these communities that you have to put $5000 up front for the restaurant and bar, once you use it you have to put up another $5000. Like advanced credit. Also the HOA fees would be higher here, but could be worth it if you will use everything. Just be sure to weight all the costs of each community before making your decision.

I just bought my first home from lannar home in florida and they have ruined my first home buying experience the build quality and workmanship was very poor cant wait to sell and I haven't even been here a year
