It is wonderful to watch your reaction to this beautiful song. Chin people have to flee to Mizoram (the state of Mizo people), India due to current civil unrest and war happening in Myanmar, apparently even this song was recorded in Mizoram as well. I am also a Mizo guy living in Myanmar; we, Mizo and Chin people, share common ancestors but are divided and scattered by British colonists into India, Myanmar and Bangladesh.
These artists are from same tribe and ancestors, Sam blood but speaks different dialects due to different geographic regions. They are predominantly called Chin tribe, that speak zomi, mizo, lai-mi, falam, Hakha etc..The name Chin Lungchuak basically means " Chin heart-Unity ", some are in India Mizoram state, some are in US and some are from Myanmar. We all are brothers/sisters. Very interesting background.
