- A 90% effort lap of Boogieman following @braden.holt, as pushing any harder means we probably wouldn't have made the skinnies. This trail is awesome, and (from what I hear) it's a true north shore classic. Very pleased with how this video turned out (other than the chest to bar moment that almost threw me over the bars, and somewhat harsh lighting), and that it only took one attempt to clean everything! Reminds me of the Ladies Only video we shot this time last year, guess we need to train more jank...

Footage looks sped up in a few places... honestly riders should rely on their skill and not editing magic to make themselves look fast...........................
doesnt seem sped up to me
when exactly do you think he sped the footage up?
:D
Felix Fuchs mostly on the climbs. I mean if you’re out of shape hit the gym not the iMovie
It is obvious it is only sped up on the uphills. It clearly shows a fast forward sign. Haha.
LOL, you're obviously kidding. He speeds it up on the boring up-hills.
My collar bones were tingling watching this... fantastic imaginative trail well beyond my sphincter muscles capabilities to retain feces .
Yo guys be careful at 2:18 I fell messed up my shoulder pretty bad go super slow it's very steep!
It's a difficult move for sure! Definitely couldn't ride much steeper stuff...
That trail alone has more tech on it than I get in an entire season!! Great riding skills right there!!
Cheers Ricky! Sounds like you need more tech in your diet to me.
Nice job, definitely keep them coming! You're my go to for all trail previews here on the North Shore. Good to know I don't have to try Boogieman yet ;)
Wow, that's super cool to hear! Anything in particular you'd like to see next year?
Nicely done..your buddy is light on his bike and has some talent,I always appreciate your editing
Thanks Kelly! And I agree, there's a good reason Braden is an ambassador for Norco!
Love this video! That trails scares me with all those skinnies haha
Agreed, glad we got this recorded so quickly!
are there some chicken lines? heading there by the first time and I want to take it slow then progressively go and shred the main lines
What you see is what you get! The only very mandatory line is the long log skinny over the marsh. The bottom section is by far the worst and can be bypassed by taking the far more popular Boogie Nights.
@@DaleStone Nice, thanks Dale, I live in Texas so you can imagine how different is from here to there, aiming to go this winter if borders open up
You guys are super fast ! I'd love to see how you go on "ned's atomic dustbin " cheers man
Thanks! I've never actually ridden Neds, too many rumours of it being a questionable trail haha.
@@DaleStone Rode it yesterday and I like how it's flowy and rocky , you should give it a try ! finish with "bottletop" and a swim in seymour river :p
N I C E ! ! 🤙
Diggers trail?
How do you shift your weight on those steep roll downs? Too far back and the bike will shoot out when you hit bottom. Too far forward and you'll end. When and how do you transfer your weight?
If it's really steep I've been told what I do looks more like a drop than a roll. I tend to let my front wheel roll over the edge and then pull my bars towards me, hopping forward into the transition at the bottom. Depending on how big the roll is there's a good chance I didn't touch 90% of it. If in doubt, I'll lean too far back as my brakes can save me!
No dabs allowed?
Can't put your foot down or you'll be judged by your friends (and the internet)!
No flat fish...
Sweeeeet
Hey man just a heads up, TH-cam really fucks your videos with compression so try to upscale them or something because even though it’s in 1080p the bitrate is shit so the video looks like shit
