Description of the tank :
In the post-war years, work on heavy wheeled armoured vehicles continued in Britain. An ambitious project was called Concept 5 Future Tank Design. It was essentially a wheeled tank. Such vehicles were intended for specific theatres of war, where wheeled vehicles would have an advantage, such as in rocky deserts. In armament, it had a 105 mm gun allowing it to fight medium tanks of the time. The project did not go beyond the concept stage, as the decision was made to develop main battle tanks and tracked vehicles.
