We recently purchased the LaserPecker 2 and used it to engrave dog tags at a conference last week. Worked great except that the only way you can see if the dog tag is lined up correctly under the laser is by taking off the safety goggles, which is obviously not good for the eyes. Do you have advice for this?
Hi, dear Thanks for your feedback. You can rise the light of the preview laser, in this way, you can see the light and arrange the engraved items in a correct position. Don't forget to wear your safety goggles when you preview the laser. After you have prepared for the basic work, you can run the laser. Hope my answer will help you!

I call bs on the pecker logo taking 7 seconds. I've used mine plenty and the only thing this does in such short time it the hollow lettering. Currently engraving my 3 childrens steel water bottles with their names on them and the shortest childs name took over 3 hours to complete 4 letters. If I were a new person looking for a laser engraver, for the money this thing costs save a little extra and get a better one!
I think something's wrong with yours if your stuff is taking that long. I've done 3 tumblers so far and it was less than 10 min each. What settings are you using?

I would like my laser pecker 2 ship asap. I need to make a youtube customer review to save many other people from going through what many of your customers have had to go through with the awful customer service and long wait times . This is unreal !
There are many similar stories on their Instagram and Facebook. They need to stop accepting all new orders until all back orders have received there laser. I have never seen such awful customer service. I wish I would have read review on their social media before buying online . The stories of long wait time is unreal

This is BS it will not let me make a 6 digit passcode very disappointed so much of it was easy to set up but will not let me use it
