I have Ukrainian friends who speak Russian and they thought her accent was convincing enough. May depend on what part of the former Soviet Union or Russia you are from. Even Russia itself encompasses a wide variety of ethnicities and thus accents.

I’m Russian and I can say that she did a really good job, however, if you speak Russian you can notice the American accent in her Russian, so you understand that English is probably her first language now. But as I’ve already said it was good compared to other actors whose Russian I cannot understand without subtitles.
