I’ve hunted Colorado all my life and enjoyed every moment of it. Sure, like much of hunting you’re going to have pressure on public land and meet the random stupid (rare) but you just have to look past that. Do your homework, find a unit, and enjoy the adventure. You may not always kill something but that’s why it’s called hunting and not killing. Societal construct has made hunting much more complicated than it really is!

You’re absolutely right! The pressure and orange army is everywhere whether it’s a 10 point unit or 0 point. If anyone puts in the work, it will pay off. I’d have been just as happy with my hunt this year if I didn’t get one!
