I will also be going to the Zen garden and Jardin de Alpin. Excellent well made video, good quality, sound and music. Make more if possible.
It would be nice to ride the tracks at le ceintre petite with a small motorized railcar , maybe something similar to what they do southeast Asia... I'm thinking Burma or Cambodia but memory fails me at the moment.

I like the Picpus Cemetery, even though it's rarely open, and know most of the places you show here, which are terrific. It depends on what their interests are, but I like when someone wants to see some of the famous Clignancourt flea markets and I can take them to hear manouche swing on Saturday and Sunday afternoons there. You can mix with criminals there, happily sipping champagne, and the music is wonderful. That's across from the famous Wonder battery factory, too, a major point in workers' rights history. The abandoned places, such as an abbattoir near me, now gone, were fun to get into and explore, and yes, it is risky doing this. My spouse is Parisian and knows Paris "comme sa poche." I liked the Passage des Panoramas near La Bourse and used to eat my bag lunches in there, just sitting on some steps or the floor by a theatre. I enjoyed imagining Le Marquis de Sade in there, cruising for prostitutes. I always took a book and some cheap wine and it was sleazy, but I was tidy, then I went back to work. A lot of Paris is still dangerous, gritty and risky to visit. Well, not a lot, but some, some areas, I try to skip them.
TheInfamousDope I thought the music was kicky and modern, just like Paris -- but at the same time meshes with the history the video evokes. This was one of the better Paris videos I've seen. It wasn't a bit annoying.
Autre lieu insolite et secret : le Jardin du Séminaire des Carmes : jardin privé datant du 17ème siècle et appartenant au séminaire de l'Institut Catholique de Paris, rue d'Assas. Réservé aux séminaristes logeant au séminaire mais qui sont toujours heureux de vous le faire découvrir !
+meschio 7th, 8th and 16th are the most expensive alongside the central ones (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th and 6th) and parts of the 17th are also a bit posh. Basically the ultra central ones and large parts of the west. Then you have the 15th, 14th and 9th which are still quite expensive but cheaper. Even cheaper are the 12th, 13th and 20th. The cheapest have to be the 10th, 11th and 19th. The 18th is mixed, plenty of cheap areas but you also have some tourist areas there.
My best secrets, I'll keep to myself ;) But you might like Jardin Atlantique. I know someone who was often next to it and didn't know it existed. Now, that's what I call a secret place! Oh and there are quite a few rooftop bars and restaurants in Paris, now. I've been to quite a few and they were all worth going to.
