I watched a DP video from a couple years ago when you guys were all in FL at Ritchie Bros. Associations with other TH-camrs really helps grow the channel. I watch 5-6 channels religiously…I’m adding Dirt Boss to that group. Some channels have good content, but aren’t entertaining, but I really enjoyed what you do. Keep it up.
Brilliant Mikey - superb to see the Master back in the saddle and ON SITE., That 4' ripper is awesome, ripping the stumps, good to see it in action. The road, yup, the construction traffic will rip it up during the build But tis got good foundations and easy repaired. Once the property is completed, a little dressing up, see how the swales drain away....good stuff.
@@DIRT-BOSS yeah mean no offense to your work. You did a great job. Just meant that driveway is steep!!! My parents lived at the top of a hill like that and it was brutal. Their driveway wasn’t heated though.
People slid off the sides a bunch of times in the snow and ice. They had a bunch of pines though, which blocked the sun from melting ice in some places.
Boss man… starting at 3:15 the song “Smooth Operator” by Sade started playing in my mind. Watching how every swing of the boom was purposeful and seeing its backswing perfectly blend into the next task was a thing of beauty…. It carried, like an Ear Worm through the rest of the video. What a joy to watch!
Great vid as always Mike! that 160 Makes stumping look easy compared to my 35 lol!h Look into getting a hydraulic quick coupler for that machine, im sure one of the companies out there makes one. Also i've noticed when I reply more on the ripper curl to break the roots more than I do the stick movement it tends to throw you around a lot less. Not sure if that'd apply to the 160 or not.
Nice work man ! I have to stick up for the Takeuchi😂. I’ve picked up the back of not old Volvo 6wheeler and pushed it across a mud lot loaded with stumps! I think the Kabota and Takeuchi are built very similar.
The video didn't show how steep the drive is too well, but suffice to say, the video did show how small the deer were compared to where you were at the bottom and the way the tipper struggled..... I would aay it is a steep gradient 😮 Your 160 made short work of the stumps. The right attachment made it look easy 💪💪💪
Oh yeah! On another note Mike, I have been seeing a lot of Doosan excavators in the northeast. Not sure how well they operate or reliable they are, but they are nice looking machines. Back on site!
You know, it took someone just LIKE YOU to invent that *RIPPER* since you're. *COME ON - OUT OF THE WAY - NOW* Production is your mode with no time to waste! *NICE SHOTS OF THAT RIPPER **7:00** DO WHAT IT WAS BORN TO DO* ! *HERE **14:29** is a DOUBLE HEADER just like Base-a-Ball* ! Thank you BOSS!
I love your ripper…..you were killing it. What I didn’t understand (not Italian) is the comment about the root ball making you hungry….I tried to look it up, but couldn’t find out what a Buju (or Baju) was. Probably my spelling was off
@@DIRT-BOSS thank you !! My hearing sucks…I tried a few times to hear it. Most of all, I appreciate the humor and the effort you took to make it happen when that stubborn stump wouldn’t cooperate. I saw what you were talking about but only now can enjoy the joke. It was worth it (to me). I appreciate your channel!
Is it some code or something to use that stone on the road? Why not use a RR ballast, or quarry rock 3 to 6 to build road within 6 in of final grade. Trucks don’t spin out and you don’t have a ton of repairs after construction deliveries.
Is that a driveway or a causeway? I hope it doesn't snow much there. Seems too easy to end up in a ditch! Some lots are better choices than others, I guess.
Very nice work Mike looks great
Hey Mike, looking great on that road. Looks like one of our steep Tennessee roads, NICE…😀
I'm right behind YOUR #1 - now I'll watch!!! WOW! - *ONE HECK of a lot of CONTENT in THIS VIDEO* and a beautiful finish! *OUTSTANDING* !!!
Just started watching today and subscribed. I like how you do things. Good stuff. Thanks
How did you find the channel?

Great video mike that ripper is seriously impressive,a lot less dirt to replace in the hole, hope your wonderful little girl is doing well ❤

That driveway will be scary in the winter. LOL Good luck new homeowners. 😂
Not really it's going to be a heated driveway with blacktop.. in the video I explained there was no choice it's an easement has to go straight up

I would love to have a ripper on my big excavator. I have about 10 acres to clean up. That would really do me job. Great video Mike.
Another great job you do Mike
Thanks for sharing with us 🤗

Looking good ruff going in ice and snow 👍🏻🇺🇲
Awesome video

D-Boss!…looking nice nice!…those takeuchi’s are a seriously strong machine, like little bulldozers…great video!
Steep one Mike!!💪💪🤗🇺🇸

Yes there's a couple dealers around here with them.. I actually did a video last year I think with one 230 the hammer
@@DIRT-BOSS I'll have to check the video out. Have a good weekend.

nice proyect
Nice job Mike, but that will be some driveway to deal with in the Winter Months hopefully they are driving 4 wheel drive vehicles.

😂 I was just joking around I said it was like slicing cold cuts prosciutto

A very popular sliced meat is *prosciutto* very tasty combined with others & peppers or whatever your preference is! Take care...
I have a Takeuchi TL10V2 and it would pull that dump truck out just as easy 😉
I'm only busting balls obviously
Morning dirt boss
I'ma need to stump my land this spring
👌🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Looks like they will never get out when the snow flies
Time will tell
Always learn a lot from your videos. Subscribed today. @14:00 are we magnetic mounted to the track??
Yes sir you called it! Thanks for subscribing
Love the ripper.
? how to get the proper stone tonnage , HxWxL ??
Yes there's a proper formula
Dirt boss if you ever upgrade the kobelco would you stay with the same weight class or go bit bigger??
Same most likely
Where is this...if in NY like us then they will have a fun in the winter....LOL
Yup in North Greenbush
Don't eat that chain? What are you doing Mike? If that chain breaks you know you are going to eat that chain.
😬
That's why I stick to tow straps and recovery straps as much as possible. Way less dangerous if they break
Yankum Rope should send you some products
Let them know!
Scaryest things that I saw was a 32 ton machine just pushing trees over was rather impressive because where it was he didn't do any digging
😊😊😊😊😊
How many hours do you got on that dozer? Just curious, looks fairly new
6k let's just take care of my stuff 🤷

Property owner choice they purchased all materials

Yes it's an easement
Do you think a 5 tone machine can do the job of digging out stumps like your 15tone digger??
Lol no
It will do the job just not as fast. With a 5 ton I wouldn't want to dig out any stumps bigger then the ones he was taking out.
@@andrewstratton806 If you only have a 5ton machine, can the 5ton do it??
Ia stumping video came up, but it said private what the hell
😂 I had a edit something I missed the clip of the ugliest stump in the world got cut out so I had to fix it
