Y'all better leave those rides, airplanes, and all that stuff that takes you off the ground alone. All of this stuff is man-made, and man-made stuff can fail at any minute. I'm cool with the bumper cars😂😂😂
Guarantee you the ride computer system had an error, and the safety systems stopped the ride in whatever position it was in (like it’s supposed to). Really nothing crazy more than likely.
Well they got more then what they bargain 😂😂😂😂 usually people ride does rides so they can get a thriller well stop complain you got what you wanted for your money 😅
@Boo..... I almost hit by some cars a couple of times....but we not talking about crossing the street....we talking about this high a* giant drop that people got stuck on which I could never see myself getting on.....I know these people was terrified....we talking about a ride that's 100 feet in the air.
What a crappy design. A properly designed ride should fail into the safest position, which is not at the highway point. 🤦 Bad design, bad engineering, and I doubt there is any government agency that oversees this.
The rescue workers were prepared and handled it well. 😊
They trained on this specific ride. Could have been more ridiculous...
Thank the Lord everyone is safe.
Oh ok
The Lord of the Rings?
@@fcukugimmeausername YEAH-YEAH! 😄 I like this kind of humorous comments 👍 greetings from Europe✌✌
The biggest drug users I ever worked with were carnie workers. I will never trust my life to these machines.
Pro tip, they don't build nor assemble the equipment.
When they came up with the "You must be this ↕high to ride." sign, they didn't mean how tall you are.
Have you been to the Manitoba Legislature lately? You absolutely wont believe what they are on.
@ironbowtie
😅😅😅😅😅
What does drugs have to do with a machine breaking down? No matter how well maintained a machine is, it will break down.
Im surprised people could remain upside down that long without passing out. 😳
There were several people that passed out
@@Kevannaw18 Thanks for sharing I didn't know that.
It’s more like they are on their tummies
Yes they tried to cover the truth@Jensen1959
Seriously....not a single other person to interview and no video of the thing coming down?
I wondered how they got them down at the rides full speed😅or at least tried to carefully get the blood to go back to the body without rushing it
Also Oregon unveils new ride, the hanging upside down and wait for rescue
"Multiple amusement park guests learn to urinate while upside-down"! --- 🤪 😜 🤪 😁 😂 🤣 (a new ride feature ;-)
That’s scary
How do u know
@@rodneycody8746it’s scary because it’s dangerous to be upside down for too long , they could’ve died, luckily everyone was okay.
@@sca.regirls could've whould've should've didn't
Who do those rides always seem to get stuck in the worst positions? Makes you think twice before getting on one...
you only hear abut the ones that do because if not it wouldent make a good story
It’s just crazy how all of these rides can fold up and fit inside the center console of a 2003 Chevy Suburban
Did they forget to pay their electric bill???
I wonder how many people had to go home and change their pants? I hope they all get a refund.
Joe Biden has 2 assistants for that function.
You are confused with Diaper Don.@@chucksurgeonertribute2113

you're telling me there is no backup/auxiliary/small generator safety power to bring it back home position?! seems like a must, no?
When will people learn about these rides ? Smh
You should teach a class about them
This is why I quit riding these rides in the 90s😮. Glad that there were no casualties. I'm from the area and surprised this made national headlines 😳
There is no malfunction. The ride accomplished what is supposed to do, amuse and scare its riders, and it did. Keep walking, nothing to see here.
Why no footage of it coming down??
saying one of the oldest. u can say that about any amusement park
Y'all better leave those rides, airplanes, and all that stuff that takes you off the ground alone. All of this stuff is man-made, and man-made stuff can fail at any minute. I'm cool with the bumper cars😂😂😂
Just like a laptop, car, anything malfunctioning so can a ride

Them: I’m gonna die help!
Other people: help them!!!! Their gonna die!
Workers: gotta wait for orders
Me: I’m climbing that motherfucler!!!

Bad design, it should "fail into" the safest position. This junk failed into the worst possible position.
ya but at least the system should stop when its not upside down.. it shouldnt be able to stop upside because thats worst position possible..
That chief isn't a DEI hire, you can tell because things went well.
Lawsuit ???
no
See, this is why I wouldn’t ride one of those rides. Yeah right!
If they were very well versed with a pre-plan WHY did it take 34 minutes??
Exactly..thought the same thing when that idiot said that
Didn’t know I needed yet another reason to stay clear of Portland

how does that happen? who invented this ride and programmed it to even get stuck like that..
I wonder how many people vomited on that ride while upside down?
The guy who recorded said over an hour. Stop with the lies, news 😂
Of all possible positions it could stop...... Seriously? WTF???
I hate roller coasters, and rides like this, total coward here.
Don't beat yourself up, It's a smart decision to avoid them.
I love roller coasters and scary rides like this. But I would never call someone who doesn't a coward and you shouldn't either😊
The amusement park gave them a reimbursement to go back the next day or later time😅
They should issue parachutes on rides over 10 feet off the ground.
This is why another reason I wouldn't get on these rides....cause accidents can happen.
I hope you never cross the street either.
Because accidents happen there waaay more often.

This sounds like a job for John Gage.
What did you do last night?

I guess 3 years old is one of the oldest rides in the country??

Shut that ride down for good. Are you kidding me. 😡
The person in charge of the ride if he had common sense he would shut the ride down permanently
