So this protein situation is insane,I’ve really get into ingredients in my protein powders over the last year. It should be illegal what there are putting in these powders. I glad you guys touched this subject and even gave some suggestions on it

I just forego the shake and mix 1 cup egg whites with one cup plain greek yogurt and some frozen berries in a blender. About 50g of protein. And it’s far less expensive than protein powder

I replaced my protein powder months ago with lactose free cottage cheese. It's not as high in protein lb for lb but it doesn't cause any stomach issues. Give it a try.

Yall ( go texas lol ) have transformed my idea lf what i though being "health " and "fit" acually is. I suffered from body dysmorfia since my soft ball coach told our team one day we needed to loose weight. Me being maybe 110 lb aways on a mission to stay lean all mean possible . im finally learning to feed my body and give it what it needs to function properly .. sleepnbeing my biggest struggle but im working on it! She is tube fed and have recently changed her supplement for her gut health and I supplement my protein intake with three ingredient protein powder that is tested for metals. I do home training as gym visits dissimulation with cate for her. Keep up great content. Would love to try Maps bundle. I weigh 128 at 5-4 and she is 103 pounds and needs to be lifted daily ❤

Our sauces arrived prior to the actual tacos and we had a silly competition to see who could eat the most hot sauce packets....I won...BUT ever since I get the hiccups when I eat anything spicy :(

I know they like Organifi, but I really like Promix. Promix has a whey protein isolate that is easy on my digestive system. The only ingredient is Whey Protein Isolate, and they have an unflavored version. It's actually unflavored and blends very well in cold liquids.
so bone broth protein is not a complete protein, doesn't that matter ? I read that it doesn't count as protein, so you should not count it when you calculate your daily protein intake. What ya'll think about it? I love Bone broth protein, but I am so confused if I should consume just that or get one with an amino acid profile

I can say that for Taco Bell, Everytime they have a lull in revenue they drop the meat contain lower in their beef product. I believe I read somewhere that it's like 65% beef and filler it might be more now
I’m 6’, 190#. I shoot for 160 grams of protein daily mostly from meat and average about 145. My problem is on the days I get above 160, I don’t even want to look at a steak the next day.
Turns out that farmer who had monsanto crops 'blow over into his field' was a liar. He had fields full of their crops and you dont get that from random wind gusts.
Yes they do I used to work there a few months ago. I only eat at restaurants that use healthy oils or I get sick in 10 minutes after eating it. My body and handle motor oil in any of my foods.
It was the pollen of the corn mot tje seeds. Corn pollen can travel 4 miles. The pollen from the GMO corn pollenated the non gmo corn and now the product is GMO. Not only did the company sue the farmer for using their product without paying for it. The famer can not sale his product as GMO free.
Buffalo Wild Wings still uses beef tallow to cook their food in and got sued back in 2018 I believe by a group of vegans. They would go and order French fire or other options that were considered vegan but found out everything was cooked in tallow. I believe they lost the lawsuit if I remember correctly, still funny though
Great doc is the future of food - about this. One of the first docs on this issue with Monsanto and shutting farmers down. Heirloom seeds have infiltrated- generational farmers have been raped of their land, property and lives. It’s disgusting

I just take amino acids powder and or bone broth and I don’t have any gut issues. I’ve done that for years and it’s very beneficial.

What about free from micro-plastics. I’ve been wondering about this because most protein in a plastic container and a plastic scooper?

Great doc is the future of food - about this. One of the first docs on this issue with Monsanto and shutting farmers down. Heirloom seeds have infiltrated- generational farmers have been raped of their land, property and lives. It’s disgusting
