Victims repeating same stories are in need of someone truly hearing them and validating their emotions.
Therapists don't grasp that emotional mental abuse causes invisible injuries equal to legs being cut off, skin being burnt.
Expecting them to just lighten up and focus positively and believe they have control when they never have had any.
It is not an attitude, mentality or mindset shift only that helps these people. Subconscious reprogramming is essential.
If your subconscious is programmed by repeated victimizing experiences, and abused to develop learned helplessness,
Your reality as you grow older keeps reflecting back to you ways in which you cannot win, no matter how hard you work to counter it
Wow, thank you for the interview on this topic! Very true, same situation gives different impact to people, it mostly depends on their mindset.
I gained optimal fitness level during Covid lockdown because I was finally able to exercise daily and I achieved my six pack abs for the first time in my life during Covid season.
I mentioned about this in public and gave credits to my ADHD for being super focus in pursuing optimal fitness level. People with victims mentality called “ toxic positivity “ 😂
I don’t even know what it means.
Excellent message
Thank you very much gor this video. Very insightful! I have written many notes which I will implement. I am a VICTOR!
I definitely agree with choosing to foster a Victor mentality is the goal, it just isn't as simple as therapists make it sound.
When Christians were your worst abusers it is not helpful to limit Spiritual connection tobone religion. Spirituality is far more empowering
I was socially persecuted in Japan. I was writing novels. My face looked like a lion. I quit my job when I was young because I got emotional. I was shunned for three reasons. It was really, really horrible. On the other hand, they caused the mass media to self-destruct and exposed the true nature of LGBT. They were the most influential social figures in Japan to date. Number one. And they are famous. Some people call them legends. Legends! Legends! Legends!
BS if your still in it after 24 years of hell and you have nobody in real live to talk to, no family, parents, no sister or brothers, no children, no friends anymore, nobody online or even my doctor, who doesn't believe me, let alone understand the abuse from my narcistic sociopathic "friend" who now has completely isolated from the outside world for more then 4 years! But I do my innerwork and got out my deepest, darkest depression ever all alone by myself, breathwork, etc.. But being in a complete shutdown because of c- ptsd!! I am still a victim until I get awayfrom this extreme abusive personI also call myself a warrior! But I will never give up! But that doesn't mean I'm not a victim!!!! Why does that word exist, do you think?
Btw not everyone believes in the bible, Jesus thing!! 49 years and living in Belgium! ♡
So you're aware, and that's the difference. Some people are just straight-up idiots and need an explanation to understand what they are going through. These guys simplify the understanding.
BTW. I'm fairly good network connected, could be partying, but bro, I would rather be alone, people are stupid.
