I live in northern New Mexico and ride on desert trails, to see you riding through those trees scares the hell out of me lol oak tree your in my way haaa
Trees make everything more interesting… 😂 I actually do really enjoy tight trails, it’s fun until you start hitting trees 😂😂 Bark busters are a must out here Thanks for the comments Mark and if you ever come to the East coast to ride let me know
Hey quick question.. I’m coming off a klx300R like yourself, and was thinking about this as my next bike . Is the power difference significant ? I want more power and lighter bike, but don’t wanna drop the money on something that isn’t much of an upgrade. Mostly ride desert and single track .. thanks
Hello, this bike does have more power than the KLX300r, but it’s a really manageable power, very linear and predictable (Basically the bike is not trying to Kill you). I think a 350xc-f might work better for you. Even though it’s pretty much the same bike, it does feel like it has more power. Might be better for desert. For me and for the type of riding I like doing this bike is perfect. I hope I answered your question.
I think a 350 XCF might be too much bike coming off a 300R, but may be fine for desert. 350 XCFW or EXCF is a great in between for a year or so. Uncorked XCFW/EXCF plus suspension is a good alternative to moving to an XCF from there.
@@ModularMuscle also depends on what kind of terrain you enjoy riding on. I like to ride more technical trails, so for me the 350 xcfw is perfect. If I was more Into harescrambles and faster riding in general, the xc-f would be better.

@@themarcopolo. Has the KTM been higher maintenance?
@@PeckedToDeathByADuck not really. I got more than 120hrs on it and all I have done to it so far is oil changes and cleaning the air filter.
