- Very pleased so far. I think that the Elmod RC replacement, which will bind to my Spektrum transmitter will improve it. This is where I got the truck:
www.ebay.co.uk/...
via TH-cam Capture
That’s the vehicle my Dad spent WWII in. North Africa then Italy to Austria.
Excellent,😎👍
i did not know that these trucks had pins in the seats
must have been painfull on rough terrain :P
more fun for girls i bet :D
anyway great review! so it needs 16 AA batteries ? damm thats a lot!
m2 m3 m5 half track is my most favourite vehicle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Indeed! Classic vehicles! 😎
Since my last review I've seen this thing in action off road.
It REALLY needs a working front diff and some weight on the front end to aid steering.
The tracks need to be more aggressive, I've them slip while trying to navigate mild terrain getting stuck in grass.
Yes it would benefit from further mods.
Can’t seem to find this anywhere?? That popular?? or did they stop making them?
Not sure. I had to scour the internet and eventually import (from Italy I think). Very nice model when upgraded. 😀👍
@@RCModders thanks for the reply I m still hunting, it’s out there somewhere
Hello!
Great militar vehicle 👏 👌
I thinking to by one.
I need to know one thing: can you use a lipo battery in it?
Congrats my friends. Great video💪
Nice detail! Looks like the front suspension is fairly nonexistent on some operation videos. What's your view? Live your Sherman tank! Do you give the Tamiya a thumbs up over other brands? I will be getting a Sherman just not sure what brand yet! I will follow along with your mods! Good work!
can the flak turret be taken off easy?
The whole thing will come apart. 😀👍
Torro themselves say either use AAs or 9.6v with jst plug.
Hi There, again,I am finding it difficult to get a battery so I thought I will open the hull and work with connections to get the two wires + and - out and connect to a battery, but I couldnt open the hull, already one gun broke,so could you kindly tell me how? Thanks and best regards
+hassan ardati hi I think it is mainly covered in the videos, it was a while ago - so I cannot remember everything. Mainly it's about removing the front cab first. Make sure you get all of the screws out - especially ones under or behind the seats. I think I only had to carefully break a few glue joints - bottom back sides of the front cab and the fake radio in the rear I think. With batteries I ended up sticking with rechargeable NiMh AA cells to keep the voltage down to 6v. 7.2 Lipo was too much for everything.
Thank you so much,very helpful.
Excuse me Can this type of lithium battery be used on it? EFLB0998 1000mAh 3S 11.1V 20C LiPo
Thank you for watching the video. You should definitely not use use a 3s lipo or even a 2s lipo - the voltage is too high. You should only use the size and number of cells in the original battery box. 🙂👍
@@RCModders Thank you very much
Very cool! I want one!😎👍
Thank you 🙂! These are great little models & even better after a few mods. 🙂
Hi, Good review! I was impressed with model for the price, however there one thing that I found not right, the gun needs a figure, the two supplied with the model do not fit.
Agree. This is a shame! 😀👍
Nice
Thank you! 🙂👍
I want one so bad! Just to paint and weather really.
Yes thats nice,I am doing with mine the same, but I have to tell you they are cheap quality if you buy one think as a display, not so durable like other tanks.
+hassan ardati once the speaker and main controller board were replaced I was pretty happy with it - for what it is. I agree it is not as durable as some of the tanks - but even these need modifying with metal tracks, decent ESC, better motors and ear boxes in my experience...... and as far as I can tell there is nothing else out like it for an affordable price.
Pity they didn't come in metal type used to making dinky cars
WHAT DID THIS COST ? BIG BUCKS YOU CAN BET.
Nice vid, ty !
Thank you!
impressed with the models but the panther F it has never been confirmed that it was used in combat
it would be awesome if you make a panther G in profi edition
Sounds like you really know your subject! 😀 I'm doing Bruder toy conversions in the main now. I might come back to this great little model someday. 😀👍
Panther f hulls were used in Berlin in 45. Around 25 of them. Fitted with the regular panther g late turret. There is a book from panzer wrecks, panzers in Berlin that has several pictures of them.
the first thought is it costs way too much for such a small scale.
Where can I get one?
I'm in the USA
There don't seem to be any on Ebay or Amazon at the moment. They are always very popular . You like to might try this site:www.rctankcommand.com/home.html. Let me know how you get on, I'm sure that others would be interested.
Nice model. Pity you can't get them in metal type used to make dinky toys
