It may still be. Just not in the pre-war. 😄 I have seen a few mods that allow us to do more things with some NPCs. But with the Vanilla Scavengers, not yet. There is a mod that adds new Scavengers to the game that hang out at most Red Rockets that you can interact with, and turn into a Trading faction of sorts. But not the Vanilla Scavvers. I just found a brand new mod (created, I believe this month) that allows us to make Trudy's Drumlin Diner into a settlement, but she, her son, Wolfgang, and Simone become fixed settlers (depending upon how you finish the their quest. If you kill any of them, well, then they cannot become settlers. Duh. lol) Wolfgang goes to a certain location - not in front of the main door, I believe - to be a chems vendor that nets our settlement a bunch of caps each day. Trudy stays as the Trader, which also nets us a lot of caps each day. Her son is "cleaned up" of Jet and becomes our Food Manager (not a farmer. We need to assign that job to new settlers coming in), and Simone starts wandering the border of the settlement as a new guard boosting defence. Plus we can build there. I want to try that mod, but many of my characters are over 100 mods, and I kind of try to keep the number low so that my PC didn't have to process too hard. It is not a$2000+ gaming PC. It is a very good one, but it's not *that* expensive. 😄 So I'm trying to ensure it lasts me a long time by not wearing it out too quickly. But I have seen a bunch of fun mods that I want to use. little fun fact, when you using TFC which is free came, you cant go too far from your body(or spot where you're standing at, or most things wont spawn/render in, but if you use TCL (toggle collision) the world doesnt pause like it does when you do TFC 1, but you can move around an the far off places will render/spawn in as you get closer, as if you go higher up in prewar sanctuary, you can see post war boston in the distance (granted as I just said about it spawning in, it wont actually spawn in fully, as the post war city you see in the prewar time is only a model (sshhh! lol monty python ref there lol) but yea anyways--- an if you wait til after the alarm to trigger telling everyone to run to the vault, its a bit difficult but there is a way were you can glitch up enough over the hedge (or just toggle collision) an the playground is there! but it's not ruin yet, also also when doing free cam, go TFC 1 as you know, but you can also use SUCSM which changes the speed of the camera, I usually go sucsm 5, but you can go 0.1 as well, the high the number the faster the camera goes, the lower the number the slower the camera moves! so sucsm 0.1 is SUPER HYPER SLOW, and sucsm 10 is ludicrous speed. (just dont go any higher or you'll go to plaid LOL

I had no idea that TFC has a distance limit, nor that time stopped stopped (I thought I saw my Companions wander a bit by my invisible body when I free-cammed. But I'm probably wrong. I should have No-Clipped for this recording then. 😔🥴 I had gone to the playground area after the siren sounded, but I do not recall if the equipment was there (I meant to record this episode about a year ago after I TCL'd then. But got SQUIRREL! as I often do. 😏). Great info regarding SuckSome SUCSM. I never knew that existed. I have a lost of the console commands, but I don't recall that one. Then again, there are about, what, a 100 of those commands?
