Jack, there is a slider above the fast forward button that lets you change the size of natural disasters! Like so he can see!
i was hoping he found it himself by the end of the video and be like "ooooooh what does this slider do"
Pretty bad when fans have to tell a let's player how to play instead of vice versa, But i can't play his game on my lsptop so i for sure hope get to those bugger sizes setting.

All of the tsunamis you placed were activated, if you look off into the water there is a large wave. However, in the game they move very slowly, so you just have to be very patient. You can see one in the background of 17:24 , in the top left corner notice how the lights on the boats had to go up and over a large wave as they moved closer to the city. if Jack had just waited another couple minutes or so it would eventually get to the city.

Hey, Jack. Try clicking the tsunami cursor over the water rather than the city. It will probably work better that way.
Also, there is an intensity bar to make your disasters more destructive.
i think the maximum intensity (10) for sinkhole, will be able to swallow jack's puny little city
and splashing the meteor to the water (sea or river) should be able to create tsunami, much faster one
(no need to wait the tsunami to come from god knows where)

Tsunamis need to be placed in water. You can also put a meteor or earthquake in the water which will cause tsunami too.

Actually it depends where you place it, if you place it next to one side of the map then it will spawn over there and if you spawn one on another side then it will spawn over there. A good example that you can use for this is cliff side bay.

you can adjust the size of the natural disasters - after clicking on the natural disasters tab, go to the bottom left of the screen and you'll see there's a slider, usually set to 5.5. Move this up to increase size :-)
When you go from Graystillplays Universe Sandbox, and his "This number big." to Jacksepticeye Universe Sandbox, and his "The Sun looks like a big... ball... of... shite." to this. I love destruction.

Actually Jack... Tsunamis can be up to 50ft tall (15.24 meters) so the ones in moves are quite accurate.
