You can safely get 10 times as much if you do it yourself. The downside is that there's some time investment, and some people do risky investments for fast profit.

relate to the spending habit of faker here. i was in a bit of debt for a few years and i wanted to get out. i took it seriously and heavily cut down on my expenses to the bare necessities. i didn't buy any new video games, new clothes, or even much restaurant food for like a year or so. i managed to get out of debt within that timeframe and now that im not struggling with money, i still carried that habit of just spending things on that i really need, albeit a little bit less strict now as a reward to myself for sticking to it the entire way through.
To be fair here, most of his expenses in food and shelter are covered by his organisation, and due to his position in League he always gets access to skins/Bundles and Champs and other content in there for free so he never need to spend anything in League.
