I finally found a use for the fluid splitter, lol. I have all of my water sources going up to a single water barrel as primary storage then to a fluid splitter that connects to 3 more barrels. I have 3 separate areas in the farm and each barrel supports each single area because they are different sizes and get different usage. So the primary barrel can keep all 3 topped off.
I've always found Genetics to be one of the most confusing things, however after watching this video, it's clear to me that it actually isn't all, that I make it out to be.
Something that was not mentioned was how to go about actually farming the crops. How many to clone vs how many to harvest. I find my self running out of seeds and clone, especially while feeding horses.
This gets even more complicated and interesting, you'll be surprised how redundant the cannabis plant is for so many scientific ways in multiplication offspring.

Each plant uses only 1 fertilizer throughout it's entire life cycle. So 9 per full planter, per cycle. The fertilizer is consumed instantly when a seed is planted.

Assuming I want all other plants to take on the genetics of the clone, do I wait until the other plants have hit the crossbreeding stage before planting the clone? Do I plant the clone when the other plants hit the sapling stage?
I only pick out the smallest plant in the box, and clone the bigger plants.. That's given me a great result every time, and I dont have to put that much time into it.. And water is on 24/7, ground quality is always around 65/70% even with fertilizer from horse dung, as that produces the most fertilizer.. Just have 2 horses, hit them with the jackhammer once in a while, and they never stop pooping 💩 Fertilizer for days 😀

@@SamaelHellscrem If you already have YYYYGG or YYYGGG, then why bother crossbreeding at that point. Just clone either of those two instead. You would need something like your YYYWGG along with something like a YXYYGG, YYYYXG to get a YYYYGG.

When you want to replace X in this scenario you would need to mix and match clones that don't impact other stats which is the tricky part and typically takes a fair amount of clones. I would use your base clone to help with the weighting and then look for other clones that have a mix of Y's and G's e.g. YYYGGX WXHGXG XYYHGG YHWGGW Ideally, your aim is to ensure you have at least 1 duplicate set of genes for what gene you want in that column and no other duplicates, this way you know you've always retained the dominant gene. It all sounds simple in practice, but trust me it's not. A little tip would be to use your base clone to make "broken" clones e.g. crossbreed YYYGGX with something that gives you the G at the end, but then corrupts other genes and turning it into something like YYWHGG, then crossbreed this with the original clone and then other clones to help you get your weightings.
What's the issue? Does the command register and display the new value correct? Or are you wondering why the value keeps getting reverted when you quit then start up the server again?
@@DD-mc9bt Take a look inside your server.cfg or serverauto.cfg for it. If it's not there, add it yourself. (server.planttickscale "2"). I've never had an issue where a convar says it "can't be changed". It does not need to be modded.

Otherwise you would be worsening your plant or swap genes

I think more g's means it grows faster. Somewhere n the videos he says I think 3 gs growth time is abt 2.5 hrs vs more y's having a 3hr time.. I think
