Thank you so much for inviting me to collaborate on this video! I hope these tips help new players take their game to the next level and enjoy their journey in Raid: Shadow Legends even more!
Thanks, Krop! Always fun to have you on the channel! 👍
On the importance of LUCK:
most players only think of GOOD luck when someone pulls a meta champion, but so many champions are available that will help you through content… but BAD luck is the killer. So much content relies on the same key champions to be successful that if you don’t have them you spend way too much time and resources trying to beat content with fringe champions
I agree. There is both good luck and bad luck, and you can actually have both at the same time in RAID. Good F2Pers will find solutions regardless of their roster, though, and luck tends to balance out over time. So if you're in it for the long haul, things will eventually work out for you.
I absolutely agree.
When i made my F2P alt, he got krisk, venus and seer very fast. He ended up almost catching up to my main after some time.
The reason being that my first acc was a low-mid spender one, the true diff between the two was only the amount of energy I had everyday to farm.
But when you have krisk and Venus you already have 2 characters that can work anywhere with the same set so I didn't even need that much gear to begin with.
The gap only grew back when my main started to stack up big souls. And again that's just another layer of luck that could have turned into the favor of my alt again.
In the arbiter missions the PVP arena part is what kills me. His armonz helped him there! You cant even beat him on a normal basis so he got really super lucky. Its not like most people get armonz or deacon initially. Its not knowledge or endurance that gets you luck.
Yeah, that's always a sticking point. Need to be on top of arena right from day 1 or it just drags you down.
Was thinking while watching this that having a visual timeline with milestones and key decision points to go with the FTP challenge would make for interesting content. Weekly updates video or something. Just thought I'd toss the idea out there.
I will be posting videos about my F2P Challenge account this year. Maybe I'll just pick a good day of the week and give updates every 7 days.
@@ColredPlaysRSL I remember when I started I went back and watched Hell Hades F2P challenge from 2023 because I started in October 2023 and I got frustrated at his content because I was expecting it to be able to help me but I found little value in those videos, they were more around summarizing what he had achieved and not so much on how he was achieving it. I think the F2P challenge is a great opportunity to discuss the mechanics of the game and what you want to be looking for in value from champions and why it's useful in that content. I learned all of these things in time, but I know you have the ability to teach the mechanics as you create content for the F2P challenge.
Build foods based on next day FW is next level efficiency
thank you GRANDPA
I think the "luck" aspect was the challenge started during a period of insane free champs and fusions. Any other year of this game and progress would be much slower. Armanz is overpowered, there is no counter argument to that there is no other champion they've created that can solo all wave content and enabled everyone to clear doom tower hard and reach high level PvP. Compare that to someone who started when there was no login champ or promo code rewards and their roster was kael and shaman 😢.
They weren't allowed to use Legendary champions last year in the challenge, so Armanz wouldn't have been able to help them out with progression. Still a valid point for people who weren't doing the challenge.
@@igot2020vision Incorrect! You couldn't use pulled leggod. You could use fused leggos
Agreed. Any time you start the game with a strong free login champ, you are better off. I don't know how much impact that has in the long run. But it definitely shapes your accounts in many ways.
@@ashleylittle6776 ah, I misremembered, in that case yeah Armanz does unlock a lot of content that most other fusions don't, I guess you still have to be at the bosses though as he's not great against a number of bosses
Took me about 2 years to complete the Arbiter missions to get Arbiter.
Sounds a lot like Vlad
damn arbiter on 90 days is insane, here i am on day 92 stuck on spider 14 because i dont have any hp burner yet
Yeah, getting Arbiter in under 90 is very fast, but it's doable, for sure. I'm not sure that I'll be able to do that this year, but the Arbiter missions are still useful just as a guide to progression.
hi guys im new player and need help i got kayle and ninja lvl60 what ´s my next champs i have rector drath korugar vogoth and tagoar pls help
I'd say Rector Drath, she's an incredible support and the combination of Revive and Veil are incredibly useful in a huge amount of content, Korugar is also great, but I think the revive from Rector Drath would be much more useful for you right now.
