Great controller for the switch, PC, phone etc. but the triggers are grinding my gears. There are some other smaller issues I don't mind, other than that I really do like the controller and wish they would adress some of the problems. - เกม

Maybe you got a faulty unit? I just got mine today and the triggers are just as good as any other standard controller. Don't know how long it would last thou
It's possible that you have a newer firmware that fixes my issue. Someone else commented that they have a newer firmware too but for whatever reason their website still has an older version for download.
No, for me, the problem with this controller is, same with other fantech controllers, the paddles are too short, and the paddles can't be used for turbo
Yeah I could see that as an issue for some people. For me personally it's no problem though as I almost never use the back buttons.
I just bought Fantech GP15 EOS Vega which is same just no wireless
I am also having same problem with tigger. its too sensitive and too low resistance.
Playing Fighting game really hard with this as the trigger always goo off just slight touch 😟
other wise its a great controller and the analog stick are so great.
Yeah I agree, other than the triggers (and maybe the DPAD) the controller is great.

Hi brother,i have an issue. I use the same controller as yours but my D pad and the left joystick has swapped. When I move the joystick the dpad gets triggered on gamepad tester . How do I switch them back?

@@ba6154 So I did one thing I switched to PC mode it was in MAC mode, in PC mode I pressed the turbo plus menu to swap.it worked. but thank you for the response

Oh you're right, now it works for me too. I have no idea why it didn't work before.
@@victorstk From my experience with other controllers I found it worse than others, like even the DPAD on the PS4 or Xbox One controllers. But I guess at the end of the day it's just personal preference.
I been using this controller for some times now, I did not triggering the trigger button accidentally instead the bumper button somehow, it has deadzone on the triggers now. I am in firmware V1.47
How do you have firmware V1.47? I just redownloaded their update tool and I can only get V1.42
@@ba6154 I dunno I got it from factory, I thought the firmware might outdated, but when I want to update it said I have 1.47 and about to update to 1.42.

@@TearuRain Maybe the newer productions have the new firmware but they forgot to update the firmware on their website. Hopefully they'll release the new firware on their website soon.
@@ba6154yeah this is my prob too, i bought two one is 1.44 the other 1.47. The updater only update to 1.42.

I bought these few days ago but I am having trouble with the lights. I initially bought 2 controllers one is working fine but the another is having trouble with the light they are not turning on but the controller overall is working.
Did you check if the lights are maybe just turned off? You can hold "Plus" and hit left on the DPAD to turn the lights on and off or "Plus" and right on the DPAD to switch between different light modes. If this doesn't work you could try updating the firmware of the controller.

@@prayashbhandari8077 On their website they have download links for the firmware. In the download file there are also instructions on how to install the new firmware.

I think ur triggeres are defective.mine is working like regular analogue triggers.Maybe u should send it for RMA
