  • What's better than checking out a sweet new CADE reef tank? Checking out the reef tank along with freshwater and even reptiles!
Meet Thong, a self confessed reef gear junky who goes all in on his hobbies and has been kind enough to show us around

Only 13 more hours! 🔥👌🥰 I got water in my tank now Sam! 🎉 salinity is right, and I got a frozen prawn in the overflow now! Got my AI prime setup an on also, so in a couple weeks I hope to have a couple snails and maybe a couple cheaper corals too 🥰

Good luck in your new job mate! My tank is up n running thanks to your videos! I knew not to panic at the ugly phase and how to sort it with various snails! Coralline is finally starting to take hold! Thanks from the sunny(sarcasm) UK for all you do!

Great vid Sam. I'm running my Cade 1500 almost exactly the same apart from the refugium and ghl monitor. And the RO top up. That's next on my list. To get that automated. I pump mine in to the back periodically but drives me crazy. Those scollys he's got 🔥 👌

Nice work finding a job!! Hope you enjoyed your time off. No worries about less videos, just stop the review vids and keep a tank tour once a month coming. 😁 Gotta have my fix. 😉

nice set up and tank. you have such a clean backwall.
how often do you clean off the corraline algae..it was so hard on my 4ft I gave up on the 3rd month.

Not sure 100% sure of this the case but I dose continuum bacter M once or twice a week just to keep the glass and rock cleaner. Notice less algea overall on glass. The only thing is can't run carbon at the same time.
Also I angle the light lean a little toward the front so the back wall didn't get a lot of light.
