It's always good to give a notice, before, leaving or firing someone,,,my boss once wake up one morning , and told me that my service are no longer needed 😭😭😭,I was shocked not knowing what to do,I asked her why she is sending me away and yet she's about to put to bed and her answer was Ieave my house b4 my kids wake up coz I don't want them to know that I'm sending you away...just go🤯.. I was depressed, after leaving the house,no job,, and I have a daughter, to take care of as a single mum and mark you,,it was during corona season 😭😭😭... it really affected me a lot,,nikapata ulcers ...weeee 🤔🙄😭😭😭

Many years back niliachwa bila notice. Just like Milly said i woke up and everything was looking at me the house was so silent and boom…she was gone. Niliishiwa na nguvu n by the way she was one of my best ninnies I later found out she was pregnant and afraid ninge mlay off which actually I wouldn’t coz of her good work and communication with my kids was amazing.
