I was aware that Chameleon mimicked Godzilla's roars.
I like how the chameleons chest is actually its mouth and its head is actually its nose while having eyes all over its body, it really makes it seem like a mutant

Still all these years later, from a kid watching this in the morning on saturdays till now, the chameleon is my favourite kaiju.
Same and its sadly that Mutant did not give a chance to live without controlling someone and if French Authority did not intervene I thini Nick and his team will decide to help that muntant to free itself from Cameron Winter's control and live freely like Godzilla and other mutants while observing its behavour and DNA
Chameleon is voiced by Frank Welker in Godzilla: The Series via stock roars and vocalizations, although Welker’s role as Chameleon is uncredited.
Because, you know, Welker is a well-known celebrity.
He also provided the roars for the Tri-Star "Godzilla".

My favorite monster of the series. Kinda feel sorry for it. Never got a chance to live for itself without someone controlling it. Luckily Chameleon got redeemed in the ASM godzilla vs kong videos.

I think chameleon looks dope, and like it or not he/she is Zilla Jr.'s sibling and could have had an interesting story arc of coming to terms with it's own existence like mewtwo, for example. But nah, because it's not pretty in your eyes you gonna be a hater.

Still one of my favorites from this shows run.
Chameleon is literally tough for Godzilla to beat, its much more reliable than Godzilla, skin protects it from Godzilla's atomic breath, due to osteoderms, like that of an Ankylosaurus.
It can also camouflage, since its a mutated Chameleon, hence its name, so that no one can see it, Literally.
It would be worse if Godzilla fought a Dragon Kaiju that has Stone scales that can protect him from Godzilla's Atomic Breath of nearly any kind
The Chameleon Mutant is basically the Spacegodzilla of Zilla especially this episode was after the third part of the Monster War episode with Cyber Zilla defeated
Or the Orga form Godzilla The Series.

I can’t help but feel kind of sorry for that thing winter forced it to do all the things I did and never really had a choice to be good or bad so I do feel bad for it. It never had a choice to do what it wanted. It only was forced to do with winter told it to do things bad thing jammed, and it’s brain it was forced to fight Godzilla. It was forced to frame him for its crimes, and it was destroyed without ever getting a chance to make a choice of what he wanted to do. Godzilla chose to do good it was just told fight and do horrible things.
