You can reset infamy and make most of radicals love you by launch a simple civil war. And more radicals also means more easy civil war, so just play evil XD
First of all, what happened was in an old patch. I haven't played VC for several months so it may not work now, but the basic logic is that when a civil war occurs, you can choose a side to join. I could then raise taxes, pass unpopular laws, or even fight everyone in the world to make 99% of my citizens dislike me, and then play as the rebels.

@@Beaver556 i have 1000+ hours in hoi4, i once won against soviet union 1v1 with 20 divs, so I am fine with macro. However, I love the simplicity of warfare in Vic3. HoI4 is focused exclusively on warfare, there is literally nothing in hoi4 besides war, so it makes sense that warfare there would be better developed. Warfare in Vic3 is more complex than in EU4 or CK3 tho. In these games you just pay fat stack of cash for huge army and then just point them at enemy capital until you win. In Vic3 you have to manage supply of different resources for your templates, you have to manage your frontlines and their stances, naval invasions arent just clicking on armies and telling them to go to other province... What I think they could've done to make warfare more fun is to let player manage how many units each general controls, because that can be a little bit irritating. But yea, its fun already. People that complain about warfare either never played any paradox game besides HOI4, or they don't play Victoria 3 and just bitch about it because its trendy.
