What a beautiful place to catch the wild 'uns. I would have preferred to see you using a landing net rather than hauling them out and using dry hands to take the hook out!
I am not sure about that fishery but most in the Highlands take a dim view of it, that said I have done so many times. Most days the fishing is so good that the orthodox approach works best.

Hands were not dry the air was full of rain, I can assure you all the fish were okay. Rod
