this is one of my favorite Scrubs scenes! they're so happy, cute, in sync, and they get to be brilliant doctors, a loving couple, and excited parents. ♥♥
Both Robin and Patrick were shown to be great parents to their child. Forget about KMc leaving because even from the time she was a child they always had her being kidnapped when she left---as long as Kimberly was on the show she was always a loving parent to Emma. She wanted her character killed off so they could never recast it, but they only kept Robin alive for Kimberly's return and she came back when she could and they finally left as a family when JT finally decided to move on. I just love that Kimberly wants to protect her son and not show his face or his last name---she's the celebrity not her son and I think fans should stop complaining to her for not showing his face. He's a toddler and entitled to his privacy. She learned very early as a child actress to separate her personal from her public life that's also why she refuses to say who the father of her children is or his name and whether or not they're married.---remember she lost her daughter before she was born. Also remember this both KMc and JT have kept in touch with Brooklyn and remained friends with each other and stay in touch just like FH & TR kept in touch with Kimberly when they left
They also wanted to write Patrick off after she came back from the dead but JT asked them to keep him on because he had a family to provide for. Then when his character became a shell of who Patrick was and the opportunity opened up at Y&R, he took it and they were able to leave as a family.
@@ngreen12345 yes, he has a family to support but he also has other business ventures in Canada that bring him in an income and he could have put out feelers then instead of waiting another year to decide it was time to walk to decide to look for new opportunities. Remember he replaced Billy Millers replacement 18 months after BM left the role. JFP would have created a role for him on YnR if they wouldn't have fired that actor---that's how much she wanted him. So he could have left a year earlier if he'd wanted to. She created a role for SB and was ready to do it for JT so he could have easily left a year earlier if he wanted to.
