What I've found is you're going to get more suppressors after you get your 1st. Start a trust through a state level lawyer, such as who she is taking about, and get them all on one. I did that with all of my father's and it will make the process way easier when that time comes.
You will buy more. I have 5 in 3 years and i purchased a 30 cal to go on multiple rifles. There is no one that will do it all. If you buy one, budget for the 2nd and 3rd.
Trust are pointless after the new revisions...if you have a NFA item they will just do a Form 5 after your passing. If you are a company it makes more sense.
@@tphpodcastfor sure for an extra 20 25 dollars yeah is worth. What I meant to say is that is less useful now. The previous way was only one RP needed to do a Background check and submit the prints.
I disagree, Brandy and I are actually dealing with an estate where the items are not in a trust and has made it more difficult for the estate to get rid of the items. Obviously it's more complicated than that but they are still very useful.

Best time to buy one is always 6 months ago!

If your estate is planned properly, usually not an issue, it’s when the estate goes into probate that it can become more of an issue.

Does it help the process if you have a concealed carry permit?
No, these are done at a federal level, not state like carry permits
Brandy is beyond gorgeous
